How it works

Drinking water

Use Park-line Aqua also for the supply of your drinking water. This is possible at several locations and the drinking water cabinets are accessible 24/7. The advantage is that you are no longer dependent on a water boat and it is not necessary to make an appointment.

Via the App

Start the drinking water campaign

  • Register as a customer at Park-line Aqua. Select the drinking water subscription or choose the all-in subscription.
  • Download the app from the Appstore or the google Playstore and log in.
  • Connect your drinking water hose to a connection of the drinking water cabinet and remember the three digits of the cabinet and the number of the connection. These numbers can be found on the sticker and on the cabinet itself.
  • Select the correct location on the zone map or manually enter the four-digit number of the drinking water cupboard. This is the cabinet number plus the connection number. For example: cabinet 051, connection 1 becomes 0511.
  • When you have selected the right drinking water cupboard on the solar card, select this cupboard. If you have entered the number of the drinking water cupboard manually, you will not see this screen. 
  • You will now enter a screen where you will receive information about the price of this drinking water cupboard and the different types of connections. Select the connection that applies to your ship. 
  • When you have selected the correct connection, select 'start' in the next screen to start the drinking water action. 
  • After starting the drinking water action, the green light on the cabinet flashes. Press the blue (Re)start button on the cabinet to activate the drinking water supply. 
  • Your drinking water action has started.

Stop the drinking water action

  • Open your Park-line Aqua account in the app or on the website. There you can see your ongoing drinking water campaign. 
  • Choose 'Stop' to stop the drinking water action. The drinking water action will automatically be moved to your history. 
  • You can then choose to start a new action or leave the start/stop page of your account. 

CAUTION: You cannot disconnect the drinking water hose until you have stopped the drinking water action. If you do disconnect earlier, the delivery will automatically end after a few minutes.

  • Call 0900- 464 3 464 or (+31) 88 4685 440 when calling from abroad and follow the instructions.
  • After starting the drinking water action, the green light on the cabinet flashes. Press the blue (Re)start button on the cabinet to activate the drinking water supply. 
  • Your drinking water action has started.

CAUTION: To start and stop a drinking water action, your number recognition must be on. 

Stop the drinking water action 

  • Call 0900- 464 3 464 or (+31) 88 4685 440 and follow the instructions.

CAUTION: You cannot disconnect the drinking water hose until you have stopped the drinking water action. If you do disconnect earlier, the delivery will automatically end after a few minutes.

  • You will receive a confirmation text message confirming that your drinking water action has started.
  • After starting the drinking water action, the green light on the cabinet flashes. Press the blue (Re)start button on the cabinet to activate the drinking water supply. 
  • Your drinking water action has started.

CAUTION: To start and stop a drinking water action, your number recognition must be on. 

Stop the drinking water action

  • Send an SMS with WS[space]STOP to 4111. For example: WS STOP
  • You will receive a confirmation text message confirming that your shore power action has been stopped.
